Technical details
The products delivered by EX-FOR are characterized by
quality and aspect, permanently tending to satisfy the
requirements of the national and international market.
The EX-FOR products are delivered in dry condition (8-10% KD)
- slightly steamed in quantity of 90% or
- without steaming in quantity of 10% according to the
requirements of the market,
with the following dimensions:
- thickness: 26 mm, 32 mm, 38 mm, and 52 mm
- width: over 6 cm but most of them over 10 cm
- length: 1,8-2,15m, 2,15 m-2,40 m and 2,5-3,5 m.
The final assortment is made after the drying in 5 quality
categories:
SA A (A1) B C D

SA quality: without defects
- 4 clean sides 95%
- 3 clean sides 5% (permits traces of heartwood on one flat
side in a proportion of 30%, but not on the edge
- length: 1,8 – 2,15 m; 2,15 – 3,5 m
- width: 10 cm + (10 cm and over)
Usability: the production of refined furniture, boards,
doors, windows, a.s.o.
A A1 quality – with knots having the diameter F maximum 1 cm
in quantity of 1 bend/ml. element, without heartwood
A2 quality – with knots having the diameter F maximum 2 cm
in quantity of 3-4 pieces/ element, with heartwood of
maximum 10%.

- width: 10 cm
- thickness: 26, 32, 38 and 52 mm
Usability: with great capacity (A1=65%, A2=55%) in the
production of processed elements for furniture, borders of
parquet, stairs, boards, a.s.o.
B quality:
with knots having the diameter from 2 cm at 4 m3 in a number
of 5-6 pieces/element, heartwood 20-25%
- it is realized in a proportion of 75% in natural
condition, steamed or without steaming
- length: 1,8-3,5 m
- thickness: 26 mm respectively 52 mm
- width: 10 cm +
Usability: small furniture, production of borders, boards,
tapestry work, chairs, a.s.o.
C quality: defects, knots with the diameter of 3 cm at 5 m3
in number of 6 pieces of element, heartwood 50-60%
- length: 1,8-3,5 m
- thickness: 26 mm
- width: 6 cm +
Usability: elements tapestry work, toys, handicraft
articles, elements for boxes of fruits, a.s.o.
D quality: inferior, cheap, heartwood with or without knots
on both sides
Usability: in construction, toys, rustic floors,
Realized: dried or in natural condition.
Processed products:
- quality: - without defects 4 clean sides
- with minor defects 3 clean sides
- length: 1,1-1,8 m
- width: 4cm – 8 cm
Friezes:
- quality: without defects 4 clean sides
- with minor defects 3 or 2 clean sides
- length: 250 – 100 cm
- width: 4 cm – 8 cm
The large amount of array permits the optimal choice for the
desired usage of the customer.
Delivering
The beech timber (oak, ash and maple) are delivered in packs
having the dimensions of 1,1 x 1,1 m, tied with BLR and
protected by impermeable foil.
The forwarding of the timber is made in containers with
different capacity trucks, and the costs of the manipulation
and loading are included in the price of the merchandise.
